Ingredients for making ' Egg 65 ': Eggs: 6, Ginger: 2 pieces, Garlic: 6 - 10 rebs, Green chillies: 6, Coriander: cup, Curry: cup, Garam masala: 4 teaspoons (can also be used less), Chili powder : Enough, cashmere chili powder (for color): 2 teaspoons, salt: enough, yogurt: 2 cups, chilli sauce: a little, cumin powder: 2 or 3 teaspoons, sugar: 2 teaspoons, cornflour: 1 or 2 cups.

Method of preparation:

* First the eggs should be boiled. After cooking, separate the yolk from the egg and take only the white egg and cut it into small pieces.
* For these pieces ... add finely chopped ginger, garlic, chopped green chillies, a little chilli, celery and a small amount of bread powder and corn flour.
* Add the egg white (egg white) taken from two cracked eggs and mix well. Then roll the mixture into small lumps.
* Light the stove and pour oil in the pan. Once the oil is heated add these granules slowly to the oil with a spoon or by hand. Bake until golden brown. All pieces should be pulled out quickly and set aside.


* In another pan, add a little oil ... while it is hot, add chopped ginger, garlic, chopped green chillies and curry and cook. Add chopped green chillies in half.
* After a while ... add a cup or enough yogurt. When it is slightly boiled ... add some cashmere chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder and a little chilli sauce. Add a little sugar to taste. Then add chopped coriander.
* And lastly ... add the pre-fried grains. Increase the flame slightly ... and stir the pan until the gravy is well absorbed into the pieces. If you think it is well cooked ... turn off the stove immediately. And that's it ... as if the delicious Egg 65 is ready ...
